game character delete???

can not erase charater after waiting one day? plese help

it say "character deletion has failed because you have entered an incorrect e-mail address"

It shouldn't be needed to type anything to delete a character if I remember, I'm sure I've managed to delete a character recently.
Are you using the files provided in this forum, or you managed to install MouRO with files from somewhere else? Might be a bug that the files from this forum dont have (I think).

great idea! here is an even better idea:

install a completely different server with files from somewhere else, and then go play on that server!

The character you want to delete has to be at least level 10, and needs to have at least 5,000 zeny.
