Removal of an item in my inventory

I picked up an item and identified it, but at the moment if I were to try to sell it or try to drop it, I would get an error. I'm assuming its because of the lack of a sprite. Is there anyway I can just delete it from my character?

EDIT: Now all my characters just disappeared from my selection screen. What?

Hmm.... the item sprite is defined in "System/itemInfo.lua"

If you can find the item in there, you can change yourself the sprite by modifying the unidentifiedResourceName / identifiedResourceName. You can just copy paste the resource of an item you do have (e.g.: apple).

I know there's some kind crashing bug when selling gears which I need to look into.
